Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Highbridge Drift Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
