Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Northwind Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Sacramento caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
