Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meridian Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
