Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
