Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
