Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Granite Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
