Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Glen Legal Group is a law firm in Tucson serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
