Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove North Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 638 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
