Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Albuquerque serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
