Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Nova Vista Financial is a financial-services company in Knoxville. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
