Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sable Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
