Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Civic Services works with county and city offices around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
