Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
