Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Chicago plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
