Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
