Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
