Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Foxglove Timber Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
