Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Fernwood Stone Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
