Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Rivermark Mill Legal Group is a Nashville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
