Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Clearpath Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Chicago serving students and families. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification.
