Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Lumen Drift Banking Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 409 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
