Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Northwind Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Jacksonville, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
