Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Nova Drift Foods is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
