Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Highbridge Pine Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Chicago, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification.
