Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around St. Louis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
