Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge River Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
