Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Glen Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
