Financial Analyst - board reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Clear Energy is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
