Financial Analyst - board reporting (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Haven Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
