Financial Analyst - board reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Pike Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Raleigh, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
