Financial Analyst - board reporting (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of survey data and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
