Financial Analyst - board reporting (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rook Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • A relevant degree or certification.
