Financial Analyst - board reporting (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Portland. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
