Financial Analyst - board reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Stonegate Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Pittsburgh with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
