Financial Analyst - board reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
