Financial Analyst - board reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Pittsburgh across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
