Financial Analyst - board reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Pike Manufacturing makes precision components in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
