Financial Analyst - board reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Willow Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records.
