Financial Analyst - board reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Stone Energy is an energy provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Model the cost of usage data and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
