Financial Analyst - board reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright River Manufacturing makes precision components in Phoenix, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
