Financial Analyst - board reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Phoenix, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
