Financial Analyst - board reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of premium billing and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
