Financial Analyst - board reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
