Financial Analyst - board reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Beacon Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
