Financial Analyst - board reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Sparrow Legal Group provides legal services in Phoenix across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • A relevant degree or certification.
