Financial Analyst - board reporting (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Hollow Transit Planning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
