Financial Analyst - board reporting (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Manufacturing Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
