Financial Analyst - board reporting (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Nashville with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
