Financial Analyst - board reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lantern Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 657 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
