Financial Analyst - board reporting (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Nashville with claims and service teams, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification.
